Please note that return costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are no-refundable.

Returns are only possible after prior approval of your request from your order page. Once approved, you will receive a return form in PDF format: it must be printed and placed inside the parcel. This is not a prepaid label — postage, sent as a tracked shipment, remains at your expense, and no drop-off at a pick-up point is available for returns.

Additionally, for hygiene and health protection reasons, products that have been unsealed or brought into contact with the skin, mucous membranes or respiratory tract are not eligible for return, in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
