I was very consistent, morning and evening for 6 weeks. The thing is, the results are pretty subtle. My skin is a bit softer, a bit more supple to the touch, fair enough. But the "sculpting" effect they promise? I don't really see it, to be honest. Maybe on mild sagging it's enough, but for real post-breastfeeding sagging it's limited.
