The cup recreates pinch-and-roll, the gold-standard institute technique, at home. You press, you place, you glide: by suction, the skin is grasped, kneaded, released. With a massage oil that helps it glide, three minutes per area on the thighs, buttocks and tummy, and the skin comes out smooth and supple.

Its exclusive Cellublue silicone design grips the skin in a single pass, where other tools simply slide. Questions & Answers
What is the difference between cellulite and orange peel skin?

Orange peel skin refers to the wavy, bumpy appearance of the skin, with dimples visible to the naked eye, like the rind of an orange. Cellulite goes beyond this uneven look: there are several types, some of which have been present for a long time. In all cases, the suction cup recreates pinch-and-roll on all areas of the body, whatever your profile.

Why use a suction cup for cellulite?

Because it recreates the pinch-and-roll technique, the gold-standard move used in beauty salons. Its registered design and soft silicone allow you to perform this massage yourself, at home. The skin is gripped, kneaded, then released, leaving it smooth and supple after every session.

Is cupping suitable for all types of cellulite?

Yes, the cupping tool works for all types of cellulite, even if it has been present for years. Three types are often distinguished:

  • Adipose cellulite, soft to the touch, the most common.
  • Fibrous cellulite, harder and sometimes sensitive: start gently, with light pressure.
  • Edematous cellulite, with a sensation of heavy legs.
In all cases, the technique is the same: 3 minutes per zone, with a massage oil, from bottom to top.
What areas of the body can the suction cup be used on?

On all areas where cellulite is present: thighs, buttocks, tummy, hips, and even arms!

How do I fit it into my routine?

It's very simple: just massage each area for only 3 minutes.

Does the anti-cellulite suction cup hurt?

No, it is generally comfortable and painless. Made of soft silicone, it contours to your skin to make massaging easier, and you can adjust the intensity yourself. Simply apply oil to the area, then massage in circular motions.

Is the cellulite suction cup suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women?

No, the suction cup is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Please consult a doctor before starting the programme.

They highlight smoother, softer-looking skin, as well as a more comfortable glide when it is used with a massage oil.
However, some find it uncomfortable to handle at first and point out that the suction needs to be adjusted carefully, and that consistency and patience are required.

My anti-cellulite routine for the last 6 months

After my second pregnancy I had cellulite on my thighs and buttocks, the kind that won't go away even if I exercise 3 times a week. I'd had a few palpate and roll sessions in a beauty salon but at €60-70 a session it just wasn't sustainable. I ordered the suction cup without really believing in it, thinking that for the price I wouldn't lose anything. The first few times I used it, it wasn't easy, I didn't use the right amount of suction and I ended up with a few red marks. I watched a few tutorials and after a week I'd got the hang of it. Now it's my evening ritual: after the shower, a little coconut oil, 3 minutes per thigh in circular movements while I look at my phone. After 3 weeks, I compared it with a photo from before and I was blown away by the difference on the back of my thighs. The skin is really smoother and the dimples have disappeared. It's been 6 months now and it's become an essential. My sports coach even asked me what I'd changed. Compared to what I used to spend at a beauty salon, it paid for itself a long time ago.

Results yes, but the learning curve is a pain

I was really excited to receive the cup given all the reviews, but honestly the first few attempts put me off. Even with oil, I ended up with bruises on my thighs after the first 2 uses because I wasn't controlling the pressure properly. It's really not intuitive — you need several sessions to find the right technique and suction level, which wasn't what I'd expected at all. You also have to be super consistent otherwise you lose the benefits, and with my schedule it's not always easy to fit it in every evening. That said, after 5 weeks I did notice my orange peel skin was less visible to the touch on my thighs. The product works, I won't deny that. But I was expecting something more straightforward to use. I'll carry on to see if things keep improving.

My pregnancy cellulite has finally decreased

After my second baby I had horrible cellulite on my thighs and buttocks, really ingrained. I'd done 8 manual lymphatic drainage sessions at the salon at £65 a session... decent results but as soon as I stopped everything came back. Impossible to keep up that budget long-term. I ordered the suction cup as a last resort. The first 4-5 uses weren't easy, you have to find the right suction level and oil your skin well otherwise it pulls. I watched the tutorials on the website and after a week I'd got the hang of it. Now I use it every evening after my shower, 3 minutes per thigh in circular motions with coconut oil. It's become my little moment listening to a podcast while the kids sleep. After 3 weeks I compared it with a before photo: the back of my thighs is noticeably smoother, the orange peel has really decreased. It's been 3 months now and even my sister-in-law said "what did you do to your legs??". Honestly for the price it's unbeatable compared to salons.

Goodbye to cellulite I've had for 15 years

I'm 38 and have had fibrous cellulite on my thighs and buttocks since my teens. I've spent fortunes on manual lymphatic drainage sessions at the salon (easily £70 a session, once a week for months...) with results that disappeared the moment I stopped. When I saw this cup I was ultra-sceptical, I thought for the price I wasn't risking much.

The first few days are a bit strange, you need to find the right pressure and the right circular movement. I watched the tutorials on the site and after 4-5 days I'd got the hang of it. I use it in the evening after the shower with some oil, 3 minutes per area. It's become my little ritual whilst listening to a podcast.

After 3 weeks I compared it with a photo I'd taken before starting: the difference on the back of my thighs is striking. The skin is noticeably smoother, more toned to the touch. Even my aesthetician asked me what I'd changed in my routine! It's been 4 months now that I've been using it regularly and honestly it's the best investment I've made for my body. Compared to salon sessions, it's paid for itself in a week.

Effective but the beginning is really scary

I'm gonna be honest, the first sessions almost made me give up. I hadn't put enough oil on and I ended up with bruises on my thighs that took 3-4 days to fade... not great when it's summer. It took me a good ten uses to find the right pressure level, it's not intuitive at all at first. And you have to be really consistent or it's like starting from scratch, with my irregular schedule that's tricky. That said after 5 weeks I did see an improvement in the orange peel, my skin is smoother to the touch. So the product works, it's just that the learning curve is steep. I'm carrying on trying to stick to 4 times a week.

It works but you need to stick with it

I'm going to be honest: the cup is a good product, well-designed, the silicone is flexible and good quality. And yes it works, after 5 weeks I saw an improvement on my thighs, the orange peel is less noticeable.

But the beginning... the first 10 uses are really not pleasant. Even with oil, the suction is strong and it leaves red marks that take 2 days to fade. I nearly gave up after a week because it was so uncomfortable. It took me a good while to get the pressure right and find the movement that doesn't hurt.

Also you need to be VERY consistent, if you miss a few days it's like starting from scratch. Me with my job and 2 kids it's not always easy to fit in those 3 minutes daily. Despite that I'm continuing because the results are there when you stick with it. Just know it's not as simple and quick as you might think.

Effective but you need patience (lots of patience)

So I'm giving it 3 stars but that's not because the product is bad, quite the opposite! The suction cup is really well made, easy to handle, and with oil it glides perfectly.

My only real downside: the results take REALLY long to show up. I'm 28, I don't have super stubborn cellulite, I do sport twice a week... anyway I thought I'd see results fairly quickly.

Actually I had to wait almost 4 weeks before noticing a visible difference on my thighs. The first 3 weeks I was a bit disappointed, I kept thinking it wasn't working on me. And then suddenly my skin started to smooth out, the cellulite began to fade.

So yeah if like me you're impatient, just know it requires consistency and TIME. It's not magic overnight. But once it starts working it's really encouraging!

I'm using it 3-4 times a week now to maintain, and I think I'll buy it again because ultimately it works. But you just can't expect miracles in 1 week ;)

    Amazed by the results

3 minutes per thigh in the evening after my shower with oil, and after 3 weeks my skin is visibly smoother. The manual massage is really effective. Compared to salon sessions it paid for itself in a week!

My best anti-cellulite weapon after 10 years of struggle!!

Right girls honestly I've got to tell you... I'm 34 and I've had cellulite since I was 20 (thanks genetics). I've tried EVERYTHING: pricey creams, dry brushes, even LPG sessions at £80 a pop at the beauty clinic (impossible to keep up financially).

I ordered this suction cup a bit out of desperation thinking "another thing that'll end up at the back of the cupboard". WRONG!!

The first 3 uses it's true it's not super pleasant, you have to find the right technique and the right suction. But after a week I'd got the hang of it. I use it every evening in the shower, 5 minutes per thigh with my shower gel, it's become my routine.

After 3 weeks I started seeing a real difference on the back of my thighs. The skin is clearly smoother, more taut. My boyfriend even said "what've you done there??" without me mentioning it beforehand 😅

It's been 2 and a half months now, the cellulite hasn't completely gone (let's be real) but it's SO much less visible. This summer I'm finally going to dare wear a swimsuit without a sarong!! Honestly for the price compared to beauty clinics... go for it if you're still thinking about it!
