The product itself is nice to use — the cooling effect is pleasant and the spray format is quick in the morning, no complaints there. But results-wise I was disappointed by how slow it was. I had to wait a good 4 weeks before feeling a real change to the touch, and visually it's still quite subtle after 6 weeks. Also worth knowing that the spray alone doesn't moisturise at all — my arms were dry so I had to add a separate moisturiser on top, which makes the routine a bit more faffy. I'll finish my bottles and try massaging more to see if it improves, but I'm not totally sold just yet.

Right so I'm giving 3 stars but listen, it's not because the product's bad, quite the opposite!
I'm 35 and wanted to firm up my arms before summer. The spray itself is really nice, the minty scent is fresh, it absorbs quickly and the cooling effect is genuinely lovely especially when it's hot. The texture's perfect, not greasy at all.
MY problem is I had to wait nearly 4 weeks before seeing the first results... Honestly at first I was a bit disappointed because nothing was shifting and I thought it was pointless. So I get why some people give up.
