What are the payment options?

💸 We accept different payment options :
Credit cards (Carte bleue, MasterCard, Visa), Paypal et Amex (+3% fees).

How to return my order?

You have 14 days to return your order, provided that you didn't open the products (accessories and clothing included). You are responsible for return costs
Contact us, to let us know, and we will explain how to do it.

I have a problem with my order, what can I do?

No worries, we'll find a solution together!
If your order has been shipped, please contact the carrier, they will be able to let you know where your package is. If that was unsucessful, contact us and we will help. Please give us as much details as possible so that we can solve your problem faster 📦 (including the claim number given by the carrier).

Where is my order / How to track my order?

To track your order, you only need to click on the order number in the shipping confirmation email received. It's also available in your account, in the "my orders" category.

I made a mistake during my order, it is possible to modify or cancel it?

Unfortunately, once the order is made, the process to ship it is very quick, and it's therefore not possible to modify or cancel. You can however refuse it when it is delivered to you.

I've received the wrong products, what can I do?

Oops!! Every order is prepared manually, and sometimes error is human.
Contact us and we will solve the problem.

Where are your products made?
  • Our food supplements are made in France, except the teas that are made in Sri Lanka, the land of tea. 🍃
  • Our cosmetics are made in France, Belgium or Italy.
I'm pregnant or breastfeeding, what products can I use?

We have exactly what you need! Our stretchmarks products have been especially made to be used by pregnant and breastfeeding women. If you want to use our other products, we advise to seek for medical advice first.
